Gourmet Menu

We are currently working on developing our new menus, which will be offered for the upcoming season.

Your palate will quickly be delighted by our generous table d’hôte, featuring a wide selection of appetizers and desserts, along with an array of tempting main courses, including our famous lake trout—always fresh and prepared in a dozen different ways by our Chef. Come and savour the delights of our gourmet menu!

Everything is in place for you to enjoy a memorable experience: flavorful local products, a diverse wine list, a bistro-style option available at lunch, and a children’s menu.

Dining room

While the Chef’s menu is sure to make you happy, the dining room’s magnificent view of Lac à L’Eau Claire is also a true delight! In summer as in winter, the impressive landscape is absolutely stunning. And what can one say about the fall, when the blazing colours of the leaves paint an incredible picture.

Bar

Warm, comfortable and friendly, the bar is located in the Inn just off the dining room. The perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif before dinner, or simply to meet with friends during the day or after a meal, and to sit and chat on comfortable armchairs. You can even try your hand at a game of pool if you so desire.
